Join us at STEAM for this unique opportunity to see a printed reproduction of the Bayeux Tapestry as part of Bayeux Around Britain, a nationwide programme of exhibitions, events and displays designed to share the historic loan of the Bayeux Tapestry from the French government with everyone around the UK.

A full scale printed reproduction will be on display at STEAM along with an information video and other material to allow visitors to get up close with this historic tapestry (that’s really an embroidery!).

Immersive yourself in 70m of historical drama and the story of England’s most famous year in history.

Open weekdays from 15:00-17:00

Saturday 10:00-17:00

Sunday 11:00-16:00

Tickets:

£5 for adults, £4 seniors, students and children.

20% off for season ticket holders and when purchased with a STEAM entrance ticket

Though we would love for you to visit our museum as well; you do not need to book museum admission to attend.
