A combination of aerobic conditioning, strengthening and flexibility work fused together in one fast flowing, all over workout. A series of short bursts of different exercises.

Online Booking

You can now book sporting activities by using our e-bookings procedure. Simply follow the on-screen instructions and look out for the help button, which appears at every stage of the booking.

Please remember that you must have a current SwindonCard to book online. If you do not have a SwindonCard, you can book your activity online, however you will be charged the full Non SwindonCard rate and will need to pay at the time of booking by credit/debit card. Money-saving Offers

If you use one of our gyms, swim in one of our five pools or use one or more of our 80 fitness classes more than once a week, our Leisure Passports will save you money.
