Fastfilms are new release titles for the price of a Budget film, and are loaned for 3 days. Up to 4 may be borrowed at one time. To ensure that the best range of titles is available on the shelf when customers come in to choose, Fastfilm titles cannot be reserved. For current hire charges please see Fees and Charges.
The Asian film collection is housed in the Central library in Regent Circus, but you can request any item in stock free of charge, online or from any library. The collection includes DVDs in Hindi. New titles are purchased every month.
Budget titles may be hired for a week, Fastfilm titles for three days. See Fees and Charges for details.
A wide range of DVDs is available, including the latest blockbuster feature films, TV, children's and music titles. any of the titles are available on the day of release.
Please note that we are required to abide by the regulations set by the Video Standards Council, and cannot loan certain film categories to under-age customers.
