Masters (50+)

Masters (50+)

Masters is a range of activities aimed specifically at the mature adult and those who require sessions tailored to meet their specific needs.

The Masters initiative is a way of helping people to carry on with the physical activity they choose for as long as possible.

Our activities are delivered weekly across all ten of our centres. Outreach classes are also available.

We offer 25 great activities including exercise classes, dancing, sport sessions, swimming, health sessions and walking. There is something for everyone.
