Central Library received the royal seal of approval

22 May 2009

HRH The Princess Royal officially opened Swindon’s Central Library 22 May 2009

She arrived at the award-winning £9.8million building, which opened to the public last October. The Princess was given a tour of the building and met staff and members of the public before unveiling a plaque to declare the building open.
