Museum Opening Times
Open Every Day
STEAM is open every day,10.00am -5.00 pm. However, we do advise that you check this website close to the date of your planned visit, especially during the winter months, for possible changes to the museum's opening times.
We recommend that you allow approximately 2 hours for your visit.
Last admission to STEAM is at 4.00 pm.
The STEAM Shop is also open 10.00 am - 5.00 pm.
Under 16s
Please note that children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult when they visit STEAM.
Platform One Cafe
Our Platform One Cafe serves delicious freshly-made hot and cold snacks, using top quality produce and is open between 10.00am and 4.00pm, throughout the year.
