STEAM Gets High Customer Review Ratings
Recent customer reviews on Trip Advisor – the popular travel and days out website - have placed STEAM high on the list of Wiltshire's best attractions.
As Trip Advisor ratings are guided by customer reviews, the ratings vary over the weeks and months but STEAM has been shown to receive consistent positive feedback from customers.
STEAM's great variety of hands-on exhibits, locomotives and displays, plus high standards of disabled access, cleanliness and customer service, are all topics mentioned time and again in the customer reviews shown on the site.
We are pleased to say that the visitor comments we receive - through Trip Advisor, our customer comments cards, plus emails, letters and word of mouth - are very encouraging and reflect the hard work put in by all those who are connected to STEAM, including our strong team of STEAM volunteers.
