Swindon: Then and Now Special Exhibition
In 2016 we began celebrations to mark 175 years since the birth of Swindon as a railway town...
Swindon: Then and Now
is an exciting photographic exhibition to mark the special 175th anniversary.
Creative displays chart the many changes that have shaped this town’s fascinating landscape.
Visitors get to view a rich array of photographs from STEAM’s collection, alongside images from Swindon Museum & Art Gallery and the Swindon Local Studies Library.
STEAM worked with local photographer, Peter Benson, to capture Swindon as it looks today.
So why not join us for a real thought-provoking and conversation-starting tour of Swindon, past and present!
Swindon: Then and Now is free with standard admission and to STEAM Season Ticket holders.
