For Local Traffic

From central Swindon, follow the signs for 'Old Town' via the one-way system near the College and central library up Victoria Road. At the T-junction at the end of the road, turn left at the mini roundabout, and follow the road round into Devizes Road. The Arts Centre is on your left.

To enter the public car park, continue past the Arts Centre and turn left into Newport Street at the next mini-roundabout. After approximately 100 yards, turn left again at another mini-roundabout. The public car park is straight ahead. From there, you will be able to walk through to the Arts Centre.

From West Swindon

Come up Kingshill Road (signposted for 'Old Town') and along Bath Road. Cross the mini-roundabout at the top of Victoria Road, and follow the road round into Devizes Road. The Arts Centre is on your left.

To enter the public car park, continue past the Arts Centre and turn left into Newport Street at the next mini-roundabout. After approximately 100 yards, turn left again at another mini-roundabout. The public car park is straight ahead. From there, you will be able to walk through to the Arts Centre.

From the M4, Junction 15 (approaching from London, Newbury, Marlborough)

From Junction 15, follow the signs for Swindon, taking the first exit off the A419. At the next roundabout (Coate Water), take the first turn left for Old Town. Follow this road, crossing: a) a mini roundabout, b) a larger roundabout, c) another large roundabout, d) a mini roundabout, always following the signs for 'Old Town'.

At the next mini-roundabout (opposite the Co-op), turn left into Newport Street. After 100 yards, turn right at the mini-roundabout. The public car park is straight ahead. From there, you will be able to walk through to the Arts Centre.

From the A419/420 (approaching from Cirencester, Oxford)

If travelling from Oxford on the A420, join the A419 on the edge of Swindon. Once on the A419, ignore all signs for central Swindon, and continue south on the A419 until the last roundabout before Junction 15. Then turn right for Swindon.

At the Coate Water roundabout, take the first turn left for Old Town. Follow this road, crossing: a) a mini roundabout, b) a larger roundabout, c) another large roundabout, d) a mini roundabout, all the time following the signs for Old Town. At the next mini roundabout (opposite the Co-op), turn left into Newport Street. After 100 yards, turn right at the mini-roundabout. The public car park is straight ahead. From there, you will be able to walk through to the Arts Centre.

From the M4, Junction 16 (approaching from Bristol, Bath)

Follow the signs for Swindon, turning right at the Mannington roundabout, until the road narrows, going under a railway bridge. Cross the traffic lights, and at the next mini-roundabout, take the right-hand fork signposted for 'Old Town'. Proceed up the hill, crossing the mini-roundabout at the top, and along Bath Road,acros a further mini roundabout. Cross the next mini-roundabout at the top of Victoria Road. and follow the road round into Devizes Road, where the Arts Centre is on your left.

The public car park is straight ahead. From there, you will be able to walk through to the Arts Centre.

From the A4361 (approaching from Wroughton, Avebury)

Take the Swindon road from Wroughton, crossing the motorway, before turning left at the next roundabout into Croft Road. Soon after the brow of the hill, turn right at the mini-roundabout and travel along Newport Street for about 100 yards until the next mini-roundabout. Turn left, and the public car park is straight ahead. From there, you will be able to walk through to the Arts Centre.
